Rampersaud’s new mandate covers the full scope of Nautical Ventures’ operational architecture, including inventory management, procurement, international logistics, and accounting. Her promotion comes as Vision Marine seeks to further integrate its technology-focused business with its multi-brand retail platform. She will work directly with Vision Marine Chief Operating Officer Maxime Poudrier to align departmental accountability and execution across all Florida locations.

Before joining the marine sector, Rampersaud held senior roles at ARI Shipping Corporation and Florida East Coast Railway. Her background in supply-chain management and logistics has been central to her tenure at Nautical Ventures, where she previously navigated the company’s acquisition and expansion. In 2024, her contributions to the recreational boating market earned her recognition as one of Boating Industry’s Women Making Waves honorees. Vision Marine CEO Alexandre Mongeon cited Rampersaud’s institutional knowledge as the primary driver for the appointment, noting her unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day retail performance.
