Circet Americas Acquires Sunrise Telecom to Expand U.S. Infrastructure

Circet Americas has acquired Sunrise Telecom, a move designed to bolster its outside plant construction and network services across the United States. This transaction marks the latest step in Circet's effort to consolidate a scaled national platform capable of handling the rising demand for fiber, wireless, and broadband infrastructure.

Sunrise Telecom brings a track record of network deployment and maintenance to the Circet portfolio, which already includes companies such as Blue Streak, CCU, and SourceOne. For Circet Americas CEO Trevor Putrah, the deal is a strategic fit that aligns the cultures of both organizations while enhancing their capacity to support telecommunications operators. Adam Baumgartner, CEO of Sunrise Telecom, noted that the merger provides his team with the financial scale and national reach necessary to deliver broader value to existing clients. The acquisition follows a period of aggressive expansion for the parent company, which currently manages a workforce of over 3,000 professionals across the U.S. market. With this addition, Circet continues to solidify its footprint in the competitive communications infrastructure sector.
