Dale Chihuly Exhibition Extended at Frederik Meijer Gardens

Overwhelming visitor demand has prompted the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park to extend its indoor exhibition, CHIHULY: Radiant Forms, through January 10, 2027. Originally slated to close in November, the show highlights four decades of the artist’s evolution in glass sculpture and immersive, large-scale design.

The indoor gallery exhibition draws from Dale Chihuly’s expansive career, showcasing the bold colors and organic shapes that defined his role in revolutionizing the studio glass movement. Charles Burke, President and CEO of the park, noted that the extraordinary response from guests underscored the public's desire to engage with Chihuly's work in this specific natural and cultural setting.

While the indoor exhibition remains open, the outdoor component, CHIHULY at Meijer Gardens, will conclude on November 1, 2026, to allow for the installation of the upcoming ENLIGHTEN exhibit. Visitors to the indoor galleries can also view permanent Chihuly pieces, such as the 2002 Gilded Champagne Gardens Chandelier and Lena's Garden, which remain on display. Tickets for the indoor exhibition are available online or at the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Ticketing Center for $9 for adults and $5 for children, with a 10% discount offered to members.
