Pomerantz Law Firm Launches Investigation into Celcuity Inc.

A 17.6% drop in Celcuity Inc. shares following the company's delayed commercial launch announcement has triggered a formal investigation by Pomerantz LLP. The firm is now examining whether the breast cancer therapy developer and its leadership engaged in securities fraud or unlawful business practices during the lead-up to the regulatory approval.

The inquiry centers on the timeline for Revtorpyk, the company’s recently approved breast cancer treatment. While Celcuity secured FDA approval for the drug on July 14, 2026, the company’s subsequent guidance indicating a late third-quarter launch caught analysts off guard. Market observers, including Stifel analyst Stephen Wiley and Leerink’s Andrew Berens, highlighted that the timeline appeared extended compared to previous expectations regarding the firm's launch readiness.

Investors reacted sharply to the disclosure, driving the stock down $19.54 to close at $91.51 on July 15, 2026. Pomerantz LLP is currently inviting shareholders who suffered losses to contact Danielle Peyton at 646-581-9980 to discuss potential class action participation.
