The construction initiative will add approximately 15,000 square feet to the existing 350,000-square-foot campus, complemented by an additional 80,000 square feet gained through the integration of an adjacent property. This combined development increases the site's capacity to accommodate 300 to 400 new employees. Central to the renovation is a 300-seat conference facility equipped with livestreaming technology and flexible configurations for both banquet and classroom-style events.

CEO Joe Nelligan noted that the improvements are intended to foster internal collaboration and support the company's ongoing growth. Beyond office space, the site features specialized laboratories where engineers conduct product validation and failure analysis to shorten development cycles. The campus will maintain its focus on employee wellness, retaining amenities such as fitness centers, sports courts, and nearly two miles of walking trails, with completion of the entire project scheduled for December 2027.
