The upcoming restaurant, slated for a late 2026 opening, will offer a full bar, grab-and-go treats from Ice Cream Farm, and the brand’s signature dollar happy hour beers. Founder and championship pitmaster Jason Ganahl cited the town’s strong sense of community as the primary driver for the move, positioning the space as a local hub for dining and social gatherings.
Operational efficiency remains a priority for the new site, which will integrate with the existing G-Que mobile app to support a dedicated "Que-Thru" pickup lane. While the new facility will handle dine-in, takeout, and catering, it joins a robust network that currently includes six standalone restaurants and four stadium concessions across Colorado. Since its 2015 inception, the brand has secured its reputation through consistent high-ranking finishes in regional competitions and a focus on small-batch, daily-smoked meats.
