The effort, organized by the National Association of Landscape Professionals, brought together experts to preserve one of the nation’s most sacred landscapes. Representing Virginia Green were team members from the company's corporate headquarters and branches in Fredericksburg, Dulles, and Manassas. Carl Davis, who coordinated the company’s involvement, arrived at 6:00 a.m. to manage logistics and oversee the field operations for the Virginia Green contingent.

Gil Grattan, President and CEO of Virginia Green, described the participation as a core reflection of the firm's local values. Grattan noted that the company, which has operated in the region since 2004, views such volunteer work as an essential extension of its professional identity beyond standard lawn care services. The team’s contribution serves as a recurring commitment to honor those interred at the cemetery through specialized landscape maintenance.
