By anchoring the platform with an established independent operator, Titan aims to scale its influence while maintaining the operational autonomy of its member businesses.

Joe Delaney, Jordan Dubin, and Sean Slazyk, the architects behind the new venture, emphasized that the alliance centers on a unified value system rather than typical corporate acquisition strategies. John Wilson, who will lead the effort as CEO, noted that the move is intended to create a dominant market force capable of sustained growth.
