Rackspace Technology Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Rackspace Technology, Inc. shares between May 7 and July 8, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit against the company. The litigation, led by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, alleges the firm misled shareholders regarding its financial stability and enterprise AI strategy.

The complaint centers on allegations that Rackspace prioritized its enterprise AI business at the expense of its core Private Cloud operations. This strategic pivot reportedly caused a decline in Private Cloud revenue as clients shifted toward hyperscale alternatives. Plaintiffs contend that Rackspace failed to disclose the severity of these market challenges, issuing statements that were materially misleading throughout the specified class period.

Shareholders who suffered financial losses have until September 28, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. While legal representation is not required to participate in potential recoveries, the firm invites affected investors to contact Brian Schall or David Schwartz in Los Angeles to discuss their legal standing. As the class has not yet been certified, investors currently remain absent class members unless they choose to take formal action.
