Blaize Holdings Faces Class Action Over Alleged Deceptive Growth Claims

Investors who purchased Blaize Holdings, Inc. stock between July 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026, are now weighing a class action lawsuit against the company. The litigation centers on accusations that Blaize misrepresented its financial health by fabricating deals with entities that lacked the capacity to perform.

The complaint filed against the NASDAQ-listed firm alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, specifically targeting sections 10(b) and 20(a). Plaintiffs claim that the company manufactured an illusion of expansion through agreements that were fundamentally hollow. These misleading public statements reportedly persisted throughout the defined class period, potentially inflating stock value at the expense of shareholders.

The DJS Law Group is currently soliciting participants for the suit, with an October 5, 2026, deadline for legal action. While the firm is seeking candidates for lead plaintiff appointments, they note that individual shareholders do not need that specific title to participate in any eventual recovery. Those who sustained financial losses during the period are encouraged to contact David J. Schwartz at the firm’s Eastchester, New York office to discuss their rights.
