Embraer Raises Profitability and Cash Flow Outlook for 2026

Embraer S.A. has revised its 2026 financial guidance, signaling a stronger outlook for profitability and liquidity despite maintaining stable delivery targets. The Brazilian aerospace giant now projects higher margins and significantly increased free cash flow, reflecting a shift in management’s assessment of current market opportunities and operational risks.

While the company holds steady on its volume targets—maintaining a range of 80 to 85 commercial aircraft and 160 to 170 executive jets—the financial bottom line reflects a more optimistic trajectory. Consolidated revenue remains anchored between US$8.2 billion and US$8.5 billion. However, management has upgraded the adjusted EBIT margin to a range of 10.0% to 10.6%, up from the previous estimate of 8.7% to 9.3%.

Perhaps most notable is the shift in liquidity projections. Embraer now anticipates free cash flow of at least US$400 million, doubling its previous baseline of US$200 million. Executive Vice President Felipe Santana Santiago de Lima noted that these figures, which exclude the performance of Eve, represent the company’s current view on market conditions. These updated projections will be formally integrated into the company’s regulatory filings in compliance with CVM Resolution 44/2021.
