The meeting saw the successful re-election of all five board nominees. Miguel Martin, Michael Singer, Chitwant Kohli, Norma Beauchamp, and Rajesh Uttamchandani each secured support from more than 85% of voting shareholders. Beyond the board appointments, the company confirmed that Ernst & Young LLP will continue to serve as auditors, while the "Say-on-Pay" advisory vote on executive compensation passed with 82.97% approval.

Miguel Martin, who serves as both Executive Chairman and CEO, framed the results as a mandate for the company’s ongoing transition. Aurora is currently prioritizing its medical cannabis operations across international markets, including Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Following the meeting, the company noted that full results from all resolutions have been filed on SEDAR+.
