Crystal Capital Partners Launches Proprietary Private Market Analytics

Advisors have long struggled to reconstruct client holdings from opaque fund-level statements, often guessing at a fund’s maturity. Miami-based Crystal Capital Partners is now addressing these blind spots with two in-house tools designed to provide full look-through transparency and automated lifecycle tracking for private market investments.

The new features, Schedule of Investments and Fund Lifecycle, eliminate the need for manual spreadsheet reconciliation. Schedule of Investments offers a consolidated view of underlying portfolio companies, normalized across various funds and refreshed quarterly. This replaces the traditional reliance on fragmented capital account statements with a single, direct view of actual client ownership.

Simultaneously, the Fund Lifecycle tool categorizes private market vehicles into specific phases—deployment, harvest, or termination. By synthesizing data on portfolio maturity and realized-versus-unrealized ratios, the software provides context for liquidity planning and client communications. Steven Brod, CEO and CIO of Crystal Capital Partners, noted that these tools allow advisors to move beyond simple net asset value figures to hold informed, granular conversations about portfolio composition. The features are available immediately to all platform users without additional setup.
