Orlando’s appointment marks a leadership shift for the organization, as she takes over from Board Chairman Mike Lohner, who has served as interim CEO for the past several months. Lohner will remain involved with the company, transitioning into a role as a special advisor to support the new leadership transition while maintaining his position on the board.
Before her tenure at Arbonne, Orlando built an extensive career with leadership roles at companies including Plexus Worldwide, Stella & Dot, and LVMH. Her arrival comes as Juice Plus+ seeks to leverage its history in plant-based nutrition, which includes a reported $16 million investment in clinical research since 1995. Orlando expressed a focus on capitalizing on the current consumer shift toward wellness, aiming to expand the company’s reach through its existing community and product portfolio.
