These appointments aim to bridge the gap between clinical quality and organizational scalability. Allyn, who previously consulted for the association, will spearhead the growth of the Workforce Accelerator program and lead initiatives to deepen engagement with global health systems. His focus lies in translating organizational strategy into commercial success and expanding the reach of the group's enterprise-level offerings.

DiIulio takes charge of the organization's internal infrastructure, tasked with integrating product strategy, technology, and talent development. Having joined the association in 2025, she has already overseen major shifts in corporate strategy and operational execution. According to CEO Stephanie Mercado, the dual leadership structure is designed to provide the discipline required for daily operations while fostering the innovation necessary to tackle modern healthcare challenges, such as improving patient outcomes and financial stability through competency-based learning.
