The growth reflects a $1.9 billion boost from market appreciation alongside $688 million in net inflows. These gains were tempered by $155 million in distributions. Institutional accounts led the performance, reaching $39.6 billion, while open-end funds climbed to $50.1 billion. Closed-end funds also saw modest gains, ending the period at $12.7 billion.

Since its founding in 1986, the firm has focused on real assets and alternative income, including real estate and infrastructure. The latest figures confirm a steady upward trajectory from the $100.1 billion recorded on June 30.
