Formed by the merger of Code Red Safety, Concept Controls, and HazTek, Paradigm HSE has established a platform integrating technical safety services, management consulting, and equipment distribution. Under the new agreement, Paradigm’s existing executive leadership, led by CEO Nick Mowbray, will retain their current roles and maintain a significant ownership stake in the company.
Quad-C, a Charlottesville-based firm with a history of backing industrial services, intends to leverage its capital to accelerate Paradigm’s growth through both organic development and strategic acquisitions. According to Quad-C partner Jack Walker, the firm’s interest was driven by Paradigm’s tech-forward approach and consistent performance across its service pillars. Harris Williams advised Paradigm on the transaction, while Stifel acted as the buyside advisor for Quad-C.
