The partnership leverages the DN AllConnect Data Engine, which monitors the bank's terminals 24/7. By shifting toward Branch Automation Solutions, the institution intends to integrate advanced features such as tap-to-pay, QR-enabled transactions, and video-assisted banking. These upgrades serve to bridge the gap between digital convenience and the bank’s traditional advisory-led community service model.

Patryk Krakowski, vice president and regional manager at Thomaston Savings Bank, noted that the move builds on a two-decade relationship with the provider to offer a more consistent omnichannel experience. Chad Buckland, senior vice president of North America Banking at Diebold Nixdorf, added that the deployment demonstrates how community banks can effectively reduce operational complexity while maintaining high security standards. The bank, which operates 16 branches, continues to prioritize these investments to support its client base across central and western Connecticut.
