Firstsource and Cresta Join Forces to Scale Enterprise AI

Mumbai-based Firstsource Solutions and Sunnyvale’s Cresta have formed a strategic partnership to integrate AI-driven customer experience tools into global enterprise operations. By merging Cresta’s conversational intelligence platform with Firstsource’s domain-specific integration expertise, the companies aim to transition AI deployments from experimental prototypes to production-ready systems with measurable business outcomes.

The collaboration centers on a newly established AI Center of Excellence within Firstsource, designed to act as the primary engine for deploying Cresta’s agentic AI and real-time human augmentation technology. Rather than offering a traditional service layer, the partners are co-engineering an infrastructure that includes conversation intelligence and accountability frameworks for clients in the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.

Ashish Chawla, Head of CX and Consulting at Firstsource, characterized the initiative as a move toward "intelligence that operates," noting that AI models require specific organizational context and domain-harnessing to function effectively at scale. Alex Cramer, Chief Revenue Officer at Cresta, highlighted that the partnership addresses a growing corporate demand for implementation strategies that pair advanced AI platforms with operational oversight to improve interactions across diverse channels.
