Investors Eye Class Action Recovery Following ZoomInfo Stock Slide

A 33% single-day stock price drop has triggered a call for lead plaintiffs in a securities class action against ZoomInfo Technologies. Shareholders who acquired GTM stock between November 3, 2025, and May 11, 2026, are being urged to evaluate their potential claims before the looming August 24 deadline.

The litigation centers on allegations that ZoomInfo executives painted an overly optimistic picture of the company’s health while concealing underlying vulnerabilities. According to the complaint, the firm obscured slowing growth, challenges within its legacy seat-based subscription platforms, and weakening customer retention in its downmarket segment. Plaintiffs contend that management failed to address a shifting market landscape where customers increasingly favored consumption-based models and proprietary AI-driven solutions.

The facade fractured on May 11, 2026, when the company released first-quarter results that forced a significant downward revision of its full-year financial guidance. The market reaction was swift: ZoomInfo shares plummeted from a closing price of $6.04 on May 11 to $4.06 the following day. The Gross Law Firm is currently organizing the class action, offering portfolio monitoring to participants as the case proceeds toward the August 24 deadline for lead plaintiff applications.
