The company’s rapid expansion is rooted in a partnership model that deploys specialized clinicians directly into assisted living and skilled nursing facilities across eight states. Beyond its local dominance, Encore ranks third across Ohio and sixth nationally within the healthcare sector. This sustained performance follows a 2025 debut at No. 32, signaling a consistent ability to scale operations while maintaining clinical output.

Leadership attributes the firm's trajectory to deliberate investments in infrastructure, advanced treatment technology, and the launch of the Encore Wound Care Academy for accredited clinical training. According to CFO Craig Waters, the growth relies on disciplined scaling that prioritizes quality metrics and hospital readmission reduction for partner facilities. As the firm eyes further geographic expansion, the current strategy remains focused on deepening the integration of specialty services directly at the patient's bedside.
