Over the past year, the company has transitioned from a fertility-focused startup into a comprehensive hormone monitoring platform. This expansion includes the launch of A Woman's Maze, a national campaign designed to address gaps in hormonal health awareness. By combining product development with education-first initiatives, Mira aims to provide personalized insights that allow users to advocate more effectively for their own healthcare needs.

Sylvia Kang, CEO and co-founder, noted that the inclusion serves as a milestone for the brand, validating the demand for data-driven women's health tools. The Inc. 5000 ranking is determined by percentage revenue growth between 2022 and 2025, requiring companies to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent. With a median growth rate of 130% across the entire list, honorees this year represent a diverse cross-section of the economy, ranging from artificial intelligence firms to professional service providers.
