The new regional hub marks a strategic move for the Nashville-based company, which specializes in placing experienced attorneys from top-tier firms and in-house roles into flexible engagements. Latitude CEO Ross Booher cited market uncertainty and the increasing integration of AI as primary drivers for the shift toward leaner, more agile legal teams. He noted that the company’s model relies on professionals who combine seasoned business judgment with technical proficiency.

Hamm brings a robust background to the role, having previously served as general counsel for NioCorp Developments. His career also includes tenures at Jackson Walker, Kean Miller LLP, Lumen Technologies, and Summit Materials. Beyond his practice, Hamm has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at several institutions, including the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. By establishing a physical presence in Colorado, Latitude intends to deepen existing relationships with local legal departments and firms that require rapid access to specialized, high-caliber legal support.
