In her previous capacity as vice president of hospital and post-acute care in 2022, she managed strategic initiatives aimed at balancing affordability with clinical quality. Her appointment arrives during a period of infrastructure growth for the health system as it works to expand its hospital network and medical facility footprint across the state.

Craig Albanese, president of Integrated Care and Coverage, noted that her deep operational background makes her uniquely suited to navigate the current demands of the Colorado market. Beyond clinical management, Eisses has been recognized for her focus on social impact, notably leading the team that secured the 2026 Mile High United Way Community Champion Award. She holds a Master of Science in strategic leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Seattle Pacific University.
