RapDev Secures Fourth Consecutive Spot on Inc. 5000 List

With a 54% revenue increase over the past two years, Boston-based RapDev has earned the number 3,234 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 ranking. This marks the fourth time the firm has appeared on the annual list, which recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

The company’s expansion is reflected in its workforce, which grew from 35 employees in 2021 to 172 today. Founder Tameem Hourani attributes this trajectory to a focus on solving complex technical challenges rather than scaling for the sake of size alone. Beyond the Inc. 5000 recognition, RapDev placed 114th among firms in the Northeast.

Technological integration remains a primary driver of this growth. RapDev has shifted its focus toward AI-driven service operations, helping enterprises deploy Datadog’s Bits Investigation and Agent Observability. Additionally, the firm launched its own Agentic Platform Operator to assist ServiceNow customers with production-level AI. These efforts complement the company’s recent designation as Datadog’s North American Partner of the Year for the fifth consecutive time, alongside new expansion efforts across EMEA and APAC regions.
