CEO Rajeeb Hazra noted that the company’s performance reflects accelerating commercial momentum, bolstered by critical research breakthroughs and a strengthened supply chain. Quantinuum is now forecasting full-year revenue between $28 million and $32 million, marking its first formal guidance as a public entity. Despite a GAAP net loss of $597 million, much of which is attributed to non-cash charges and stock-based compensation, the company maintains a robust balance sheet to fund long-term development.

A central pillar of this growth is the industry-first partnership with Oracle to deploy the Helios quantum system as an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service. This integration aims to facilitate hybrid quantum-AI workloads, allowing customers to utilize existing cloud governance and data services. Concurrently, Quantinuum is advancing its hardware pipeline, with the Sol system scheduled for launch in 2027 and the next-generation Apollo architecture progressing through prototyping phases. With 180 organizations now utilizing its Nexus developer platform, the company continues to focus on broadening its ecosystem and refining error-correction capabilities.
