RideNow Group Returns to Profitability in Second Quarter

The Chandler-based powersports retailer reported total quarterly revenue of $296.8 million, a slight 1% dip attributed to strategic store consolidations and the shuttering of its transportation division at the end of 2025. Despite the lower top-line figure, the core business showed resilience: same-store powersports revenue climbed 3%, bolstered by a 1.7% increase in unit sales.

Operational efficiency also improved as the company focused on its "back to our roots" strategy. Selling, general, and administrative expenses fell to $65 million, down from $66.7 million in 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose 19.2% to $20.5 million, signaling progress in management's efforts to streamline the dealership group. Michael Quartieri, Chairman and CEO, credited the team's execution for the performance gains and maintained that the company is on a trajectory toward sustained profitable growth. As of June 30, the firm held $63.1 million in total cash and maintained $158.2 million in total available liquidity.
