Founded in 2008 by former geriatric psychotherapist Jon Siegel, the company distinguishes itself by applying a hospitality-first philosophy to home health. By blending clinical expertise with a service model inspired by Ritz-Carlton standards, the firm has scaled from its original Arizona base into Columbus, Ohio, and Nashville, Tennessee. Today, the organization employs over 200 caregivers tasked with executing a proprietary psychosocial matching process designed to align staff with the specific personalities and needs of their clients.

This latest inclusion marks a sustained upward trajectory for the business. Since 2022, the company has consistently appeared on the annual list, including a ranking of 3,169 in 2025 and 2,916 in 2023. According to Siegel, the steady expansion is a byproduct of prioritizing high-touch, thoughtful care over rapid, impersonal scaling. The Inc. 5000, which evaluates private enterprises based on revenue growth over three years, remains a benchmark for the company’s ongoing efforts to professionalize the private-pay senior care market across its three current operating regions.
