Notation Labs Launches LeakSecure 3.0 to Automate Water Damage Response

Scottsdale-based Notation Labs has introduced LeakSecure Platform 3.0, an AI-native system designed to transform water monitoring from simple alerts into a coordinated response network. By integrating real-time telemetry with automated shutoff technology, the platform allows insurers and contractors to document and manage property risk across entire portfolios.

The platform moves beyond standalone notifications by establishing a closed-loop system that tracks how an alert is addressed. When a potential leak or freeze risk is detected, the software logs whether a customer intervened, a valve was closed, or a system test was initiated. This digital trail provides insurance carriers with verified data for risk mitigation, while plumbing contractors can leverage the information to coordinate proactive repairs before significant damage occurs.

Built on a multi-tenant AI cloud, the 3.0 update integrates directly with industry-standard tools like ServiceTitan. This connection enables dispatchers and field technicians to receive actionable data, turning maintenance into a recurring service opportunity. The architecture also allows private equity groups and multi-location operators to deploy standardized monitoring across various brands while maintaining local customer relationships. To enhance operational intelligence, the company has incorporated Anthropic’s Claude to assist with telemetry analysis and the creation of automated post-event timelines, supported by core technology protected by U.S. Patent Nos. 12,584,876 and 12,584,774.
