Grella’s career spans 31 years, including tenures at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Janney Montgomery Scott, and MetLife. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from Miami University and an MBA in finance from Rutgers Business School. His transition to Prudential Advisors grants him access to the firm’s national enterprise resources and open-architecture platform, which currently supports more than 3,000 advisors across the country.
