Investors overwhelmingly supported the management-proposed slate of directors during the session. Harkirat (Raj) Grover, Christian Sinclair, Arthur Kwan, Menashe Kestenbaum, and Kathleen Skerrett were all re-elected to the board, each securing over 97% of the votes cast. Beyond the board composition, shareholders moved to fix the number of directors at five and confirmed the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the firm's independent auditors.

A central component of the meeting included the approval of the Amended and Restated Shareholder Rights Plan, which had been authorized by the board on June 26, 2026. This measure received 91.07% support from those voting. The meeting outcomes solidify the current governance structure for the Calgary-based cannabis retailer as it continues to expand its international footprint, including its recent entry into the German medical cannabis market through Remexian Pharma GmbH.
