The company’s fourth-quarter net sales reached $321.2 million, a 1% increase compared to the same period last year. While GAAP earnings per share rose to $0.35 from a loss of $0.11 in the previous year's quarter, adjusted earnings per share saw a slight dip to $0.52 from $0.53. Operational performance was supported by profitability initiatives and the divestiture of Exosome Diagnostics, which helped offset headwinds in product mix and volume.
