The company’s growth was driven by a 25% year-over-year surge in recurring subscription revenue, which reached $79.8 million. Profitability metrics also saw significant expansion, with EBITDA rising 24% to a record $28.5 million, while net income climbed 29% to $17.3 million. Co-CEO Eyal Sheratzky attributed these gains to the company's scalable business model and the successful maturation of growth initiatives in Latin America and Israel.

Beyond core services, Ituran is diversifying through new ventures including the IturanMob car rental solution, which recently expanded into the United States, and its Credit Carbon initiative. The firm maintains a strong financial position with $103.7 million in net cash and no debt, supporting a declared quarterly dividend of $10 million, or $0.50 per share. Operating cash flow for the quarter reached a record $32.2 million, reinforcing the company's capacity for continued investment in smart mobility technologies.
