SU Group Targets Mainland Security Market via Greater China Alliance

By linking the distinct regulatory and operational strengths of Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macau, SU Group Holdings has launched a three-stage talent development platform. The initiative, spearheaded by its subsidiary Fortune Jet, aims to modernize security enterprises across Mainland China through professional certification and cross-border practical training.

The project follows a memorandum of understanding signed between Fortune Jet, Bastion Strategy Education Consulting in Shenzhen, and the Security Services Commercial Industry Association of Macau. This framework creates a pipeline where security personnel undergo foundational training in Shenzhen, obtain Hong Kong-standard certifications, and gain real-world operational exposure in Macau.

Dave Chan, CEO of SU Group, noted that the collaboration addresses an urgent demand among Mainland firms to elevate leadership standards and bridge the gap to international markets. Beyond mere instruction, the platform offers management consulting and support for cross-border business development. For the Nasdaq-listed SU Group, the venture serves as a strategic pivot to leverage its two-decade history in Hong Kong’s security engineering sector to capture a growing share of the broader regional market.
