Located at 277 Mills Road near Goose Rocks Beach, the property features salt marsh views and amenities ranging from a heated saltwater pool to a historic lodge. The site currently operates with 83 RV sites, 46 tent spots, 66 glamping units, and 29 seasonal park models. Atlantic Hospitality, the former owner, will continue to oversee property operations through the 2026 season to ensure a seamless transition for current guests.

Jen Milam, Chief Growth Officer at Streamside, stated the company intends to preserve the resort’s local character while integrating national operational resources. Justin Grimes, managing partner of Atlantic Hospitality, noted that selecting a steward capable of maintaining the park’s legacy was the primary objective during the sale. Streamside plans to evaluate infrastructure investments for future seasons, though current reservations remain unaffected.
