Sales Xceleration Expands Fractional Leadership Network

Six new advisors have joined Sales Xceleration to provide outsourced executive sales support to small and mid-size companies. The cohort, featuring veterans with decades of experience at firms like Procter & Gamble and Motorola, aims to help businesses build scalable revenue growth models without the overhead of full-time hires.

The expansion brings seasoned leadership to key markets across North America and Europe, including San Antonio, St. Louis, Jacksonville, and the Greater Toronto Area. These advisors specialize in organizational transformation and go-to-market strategies, targeting growth-stage businesses that require infrastructure for repeatable sales performance.

Notable additions include Freddie Hernandez, a former regional leader at Procter & Gamble with 34 years of experience, and Chris Puyear, who previously scaled a national team to drive a 49% revenue increase. Other appointees, such as Roberto Munoz and Rik Robarts, bring expertise in medical devices and global commercial strategy, respectively. Sales Xceleration, founded in 2013, now oversees a network of over 225 advisors globally. The firm claims its proprietary sales operating management system typically yields revenue increases of 20–32% for clients within the first year of implementation.
