Pretax profit for the period climbed to ¥2.86 billion, compared to ¥2.63 billion in the prior year. The company’s net profit of ¥2.04 billion translated to earnings per share of ¥104.78, a notable rise from the ¥96.06 recorded during the previous nine-month window.
