Integrity Adds Meraz Health to Growing Insurance Distribution Network

Dallas-based insurance giant Integrity has acquired the Temecula-based Meraz Health Insurance Agency in a move to scale its Medicare-focused services. The partnership integrates Meraz’s local community expertise with Integrity’s proprietary AI-driven platform, aiming to streamline coverage enrollment and deepen client support for families seeking life, health, and wealth protection solutions.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for the California firm, which has built a reputation over the last decade for its education-first approach to Medicare Advantage and supplement plans. Led by Manuel "Manny" Meraz, the agency has prioritized a relationship-based service model, often assisting clients with logistical needs like finding primary care physicians or arranging transportation. Under the new agreement, Meraz and his team will gain access to Integrity’s suite of digital tools, including the IntegrityCONNECT platform and the voice-activated digital assistant, Ask Integrity.

Bryan W. Adams, CEO of Integrity, noted that the merger aligns with his company’s focus on combining national scale with local market intimacy. By leveraging Integrity’s data analytics and marketing resources, the Meraz agency intends to broaden its reach while maintaining the grassroots connection that has earned it a high reputation within the Latino community. While financial terms remain undisclosed, the move underscores a broader trend of independent agencies folding into larger, tech-enabled networks to navigate increasingly complex insurance landscapes.
