The company’s expansion stems from a strategy of building its own infrastructure rather than relying on third-party vendors. By integrating proprietary tools like the Payzli Connect CRM and the Payzli Transact gateway, the firm has sought to eliminate the industry standard of delayed merchant reporting and opaque underwriting. Naim Hamdar, co-founder and chief revenue officer, credits the growth to a simple internal philosophy: offering partners human-led support and daily residual updates instead of automated, reasonless declines.

Technological development remains a core pillar of the company's trajectory. Kapil Pershad, co-founder and chief technology officer, noted that the platform’s architecture—built upon Visa Platform Connect—allows for scalability across sales partners and software developers. The company now services a broad spectrum of merchants through its AI-powered point-of-sale systems and API-first gateway, positioning itself to challenge larger incumbents in the payments space.
