Florida Inventor Patents Indirect Charcoal Grill Design

A Pompano Beach resident has developed the Clean Fire Barbeque, a patent-pending charcoal grill designed to isolate food from fuel contaminants. By facilitating indirect cooking, the system aims to prevent direct contact between coals and meat, an approach the inventor claims preserves moisture and improves flavor profiles for home chefs.

The invention introduces a mechanical barrier between the heat source and the grilling surface, addressing long-standing concerns regarding charcoal ash and volatile compounds affecting food quality. Designed for accessibility, the unit emphasizes a practical, user-friendly interface intended to simplify the nuances of indirect grilling for casual outdoor cooks.

InventHelp, which manages the patent and marketing process for the device under reference number HAD-725, is currently seeking manufacturers or commercial partners to license the technology. The design is now available for review by industry stakeholders through the company’s Pittsburgh headquarters.
