Hyster-Yale Sets September Dividend at 36.5 Cents

Shareholders of Hyster-Yale, Inc. will receive a cash dividend of 36.5 cents per share on September 15, 2026. The company board finalized the payout for both Class A and Class B common stock, establishing a record date for eligible investors at the close of business on September 1, 2026.

The Cleveland-based manufacturer manages a global portfolio of lift trucks and material handling technology, operating through its subsidiary Hyster-Yale Materials Handling. The company markets equipment under brands including Hyster, Yale, Maximal, and the hydrogen-focused Nuvera. Beyond core truck production, the firm maintains a significant presence in the attachments market through its Italian subsidiary, Bolzoni S.p.A., and operates a joint venture in Japan with Sumitomo NACCO Forklift Co. Ltd.
