Omni Family of Services Earns National Hope-Centered Certification

Nashville-based Omni Family of Services has become the third organization in the United States to earn the Certified Hope-Centered Organization designation. The recognition from the Hope Research Center validates the firm’s integration of research-based hope principles into its clinical practices, organizational culture, and professional development frameworks.

The certification follows a rigorous self-study and fidelity review, confirming that Omni successfully embedded hope-centered strategies across its operations. This initiative, which began in 2023 with the formation of the Hope Collective, was supported by a grant from the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services to mitigate the impact of adverse childhood experiences. The program has since expanded to influence leadership development and behavioral health services across the organization.

CEO Jane Wintz noted that the framework has evolved beyond a simple professional initiative into a core cultural pillar. The review process specifically highlighted the company’s investment in training internal 'Hope Navigators' and its commitment to fostering long-term organizational infrastructure. Mindy Kiser, President of the Omni Family Institute, emphasized that these strategies are designed to boost workforce resilience and improve outcomes for the children and families within their care. The institute also recognized Amy Savage, the organization's Hope Ambassador, for her role in guiding the implementation across multiple service areas.
