The company confirmed the filing of its unaudited financial statements and Form 10-Q for the six-month period ending June 30, formalizing its current fiscal standing for public review.

The firm holds a 100% interest in the Livengood Gold Project, situated 70 miles north of Fairbanks, Alaska, along the Elliott Highway. Chief Executive Officer Karl L. Hanneman oversaw the release, which serves as a standard regulatory disclosure rather than a solicitation for securities trading.
