MSA Safety Reports Record-Breaking Performance in 2025 Impact Audit

Pittsburgh-based MSA Safety achieved its strongest safety metrics to date, marking a milestone in the company's long-standing push to minimize operational risk. The 2025 Impact Report highlights this record performance alongside strategic progress in product innovation, workforce development, and environmental responsibility across its global footprint.

The company’s latest data points to a culture of shared responsibility that has successfully integrated proactive risk management into its daily operations. According to CEO Steve Blanco, protecting workers remains the primary driver behind the firm's technological investments. By focusing on advanced safety solutions, MSA aims to address the increasingly complex hazards faced by its industrial customers.

Stephanie Sciullo, president of MSA Americas, noted that the firm’s strategy centers on maintaining stakeholder trust while scaling its impact. With $1.9 billion in 2025 revenue, the company continues to leverage its 5,300-strong workforce to refine safety technologies. These efforts form the core of a broader mission to protect infrastructure and personnel, building on a legacy of safety engineering that dates back to 1914.
