Brown arrives from ZEALOT, where he established a successful theatrical division and worked on campaigns for major studios including Apple, Amazon MGM, and Disney. His history with Watson dates back to their tenure at AV Squad, where they first collaborated nearly a decade ago. At BOND, they will manage the creative department in tandem, reporting to co-founders Seth Phillips Althoff and Luke Silver-Greenberg.
Watson, who has led the AV division since 2024, recently oversaw the campaign for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which secured a record-breaking $360 million domestic opening. Alongside the executive shuffle, BOND announced internal promotions to bolster its creative depth: Patricio Hoter moves to VP, Creative Director, while Bryan Dobrik, Tim Muraviov, and Michael Yanoska step into expanded leadership roles. The agency, headquartered in Hollywood, continues to focus on integrated campaigns, maintaining its position as a dominant force in high-stakes entertainment marketing.
