This expansion is central to a broader strategy led by co-founders Max-Hervé George and Jaume Sabater, who aim to move the firm beyond simple land and power ownership into the high-performance computing market. By developing a proprietary GPU-as-a-service platform, SWI intends to capture value across the entire AI-infrastructure chain, from physical data centers to enterprise-grade cloud compute.

Following the move, the firm is restructuring its relationship with Polarise, pivoting from a majority acquisition to a financial partnership. While digital infrastructure dominates the portfolio, the group maintains secondary interests in European industrial real estate, US multifamily residential assets, and opportunistic private-market investments. With this vertically integrated stack now in place, management expects to deliver double-digit growth throughout 2026.
