O'Leary brings years of engagement with the iMWomen network to her new role, having previously focused on promoting equitable opportunities and skills development within the industry. As Co-Chair, she will collaborate with regional leadership to refine the program's strategic direction and strengthen partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Suzanne O'Toole, EMEA Regional Chair at Infrastructure Masons, noted that O'Leary’s expertise and ability to foster community connections made her a natural choice for the leadership team.

This appointment aligns with atNorth’s broader strategy of participating in industry-wide alliances. The company, which operates eight data centers across the Nordics, is a signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact and a founding member of the Nordic Compass alliance. O'Leary emphasized that her focus will be on ensuring the initiative evolves alongside the rapidly changing digital infrastructure landscape, providing the necessary support for women at all stages of their professional development.
