In her new capacity, O'Leary will guide the program’s strategic direction and oversee the expansion of partnerships aimed at supporting women at various stages of their professional trajectories. Suzanne O'Toole, EMEA Regional Chair at Infrastructure Masons, cited O'Leary’s long-standing advocacy and ability to foster industry collaboration as central reasons for her selection.
