Auxly Cannabis Reports Record Quarterly Revenue of $45.8 Million

Toronto-based Auxly Cannabis Group posted a record performance for the second quarter of 2026, reporting $45.8 million in net revenue. This 18% year-over-year increase, bolstered by strong demand for flower and pre-roll products, underscores the company's efforts to scale operations while maintaining a disciplined focus on profitability.

The company’s financial health saw notable improvements, with Adjusted EBITDA climbing 24% to $14.3 million. CEO Hugo Alves attributed the growth to the strength of the firm’s core brands and enhanced manufacturing efficiencies at its Charlottetown facility. Despite price compression in the vape segment, the company successfully improved its gross margin on finished cannabis inventory to 55%, up from 52% during the same period in 2025.

Auxly’s balance sheet remains stable, supported by $38.6 million in cash and cash equivalents. Looking ahead, management plans to invest between $10 million and $12 million in capital projects throughout 2026, targeting a 30% increase in production capacity at its Leamington site by 2028. This expansion is designed to support both domestic market share growth and potential international export opportunities, provided they align with the company's profitability targets. Following a 14:1 share consolidation completed in late July, the company continues to execute its share repurchase program, signaling confidence in its long-term financial trajectory.
