Bronx Inventor Designs Sun-Protective Sleeve for Drivers

A Bronx-based inventor has developed the "SEAT SLEEVE," a specialized accessory designed to shield drivers' arms from harsh sunlight and overheating during long hours on the road. The product aims to provide a cooling layer of shade that mitigates the risk of sunburn for commuters and professional operators alike.

The accessory is engineered for ease of use, targeting vehicle owners who frequently face prolonged sun exposure through side windows. By combining a practical design with protective materials, the sleeve serves as a functional barrier against UV rays while maintaining comfort inside the cabin. The concept is intended to accommodate a wide range of users, from daily commuters to long-haul truck drivers.

Currently, the design is being managed by the Manhattan office of InventHelp and is open for licensing or acquisition by manufacturers. The project, identified as Dept. 25-MBQ-954, marks a recent addition to the firm's submission services for new automotive aftermarket solutions.
